Before my session with Arielle, I was feeling insecure about raising my prices & whether or not I’d be taken seriously by clients. Arielle patiently listened to me, was so supportive & flooded me with encouraging words. She reminded me that what I saw as obstacles to scaling up haven’t been obstacles in my 14 year career. Nor will they be in the future. I needed that. I needed to have life spoken into me once again. During our session, I also decided to niche down even more to whom I’m marketing to. Arielle helped me to create so much clarity around the business problem I was having with how to show up authentically and consistently on social media. She had an openness and welcoming presence that quickly helped me to share candidly my thoughts and feelings around showing up on social media, while also challenging me to confront my biases and work towards solutions that felt aligned with my personality and values.
In our session together, she helped me to reframe and refocus my thought patterns and made me feel good about changes I could make in my business to solve my apprehension around showing up on social media. Further, she showed me how my personal strengths and personality can be an asset to me and validated that I don't have to be anyone else but me to be effective in marketing my business on social media.
Lastly, she spent time in our session to discuss practical action steps to take AND sent me a follow up in writing so I could easily execute this plan. There is no doubt in my mind that her coaching is going to make a difference in my business, and I truly can't thank her enough.
